What happens when you delete your account?
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your user profile and login credentials
- All uploaded documents and scanned files
- Family groups you own and all member data
- Document categories and organization
- Access requests (sent and received)
- Notification history
- Support tickets
How to delete your account
- Open the DocsVault app on your device
- Go to the Drawer menu (tap the ☰ icon)
- Tap on Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
